Refund update

The deadline for valid refund request forms to be submitted via the moshtix link was 5pm Wednesday 3rd March.
If you did not receive an email with a link to that form, your request was not valid.

Moshtix is now running its first batch of refunds which will be completed by COB Wednesday 10 March. If you have not been included in the first round of refund processing & you provided a valid refund request, you will be included in the second refund batch to be completed by COB Wednesday 17 March. We appreciate your patience.

If a request is not valid (including that the ticket was used to gain entry to Good Vibrations Festival), you will not receive a refund. If you have any questions regarding your refund through the moshtix system, please email ticketsupport@moshtix.com.

If you purchased your ticket/s at either Live Clothing or 78 Records in Perth and you requested your refund prior to 5pm Friday 12 February, please email thekillers@jammusic.com.au with all of your ticket details and ‘Live/78 ticket' as the subject.

Please note that the terms and conditions accepted by you at the time of your GVF ticket purchase included this: Jam reserves the right to vary advertised programmes (incl. changes to artists) or reschedule the event. Jam is not obliged to provide any ticket refunds due to the cancellation of The Killers but has chosen to do so as an offer of goodwill to customers with valid refund requests.
