REFUND UPDATE 

09.03.2010 REFUND UPDATE

moshtix has commenced the refund of tickets for those with eligible refund requests. The process involved to obtain your refund will vary slightly depending on the way you booked your tickets. To find out if there’s anything you need to do, or for more information, please read the information below. If you require further assistance after reading this, please direct all enquiries by email only to ticketsupport@moshtix.com.au.


Online and phone purchases from gvf.com.au and moshtix

The first batch of refunds for ticket purchases made online and by phone using credit cards, that have met the refund criteria have been started and will be processed until complete. moshtix will send an automated email when each refund is successfully processed. Tickets will be refunded individually, and the value of your refund may be credited back to your card in several parts. Once the system has processed the refund of a payment, it generally takes 2-3 business days for the funds to re-appear on your credit card. Sometimes, Debit Visa and Mastercards can take slightly longer.

We anticipate that the second batch of refunds will be completed by March 17 2010.


What if I don’t receive my refund?

There could be a number of reasons why you don’t receive your refund in the expected time frame, even if your refund request is valid. These can include cancelled and expired credit cards. You will need to contact moshtix if you do not receive a refund confirmation within the expected time frame, by emailing ticketsupport@moshtix.com.au


moshtix Outlet Purchases

Refund payments for purchases made in a retail store cannot be automatically processed. If you have a valid refund request and you have purchased your tickets in a moshtix retail store, you will receive a text message from moshtix by midnight on Wednesday March 10 2010.
 

Hard tickets purchased from Live Clothing (Perth only)

Live Clothing is handling all refunds centrally. You will need to contact tammy@liveclothing.com.au to begin this process. Please note you will need your ticket with you to obtain your refund and may require the receipt as well.

The cut off date for eligibility of refunds for tickets purchased at Live Clothing is 31 March 2010


Hard tickets purchased from 78 Records (Perth only)

78 Records is also handling all refund requests internally. You will need to contact admin78@iinet.net.au to begin this process. Please note that you will need your ticket with you to obtain your refund and may require the receipt as well.
