The competition will be open from Saturday 13th February and will close on Monday 1st March 2010. On 1st March, the best entries will be selected as the winner by Jam Music.

Nokia OVI Good Vibrations Competition 2010 - Terms and Conditions
1. Rules and regulations of 2010 Good Vibrations Festival competition are at the discretion of Management and may be amended at any time without notice
2. The competition is open to all residents of Australia.
3. The competition will be open from Saturday 13th February and will close on Monday 1st March 2010. On 1st March, the best entries will be selected as the winner by Jam Music.
4. To enter the competition participants must send in their best Good Vibrations Festival 2010 photo. Participants must submit a valid Name, email address and contact telephone number to be eligible to win a prize. Participants must label the photo with details on where and when the picture was taken.
5. The prize includes:
2x VIP ticket(s) for Good Vibrations festival 2011 (will receive ticket(s) to event closest
6. Prize winners must adhere to the following conditions:
a. Festival tickets and prizes are not redeemable for cash
b. Festival tickets must be used in the state for which they are issued
7. Prizes do not include any travel, transfers or accommodation expenses incurred to attend the festival
8. The prize winner will be notified via email.
9. Upon receiving the email notification of being a prize winner, the winner must contact Jam Music on (02) 8295 - 9950 claim their prize
10. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to contact Jam Music to claim their tickets.
11. Good Vibrations Festival & OVI promotion is being conducted and promoted by Jam Music
12. The prize winner will be given 3 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed after that time, a further prize draw will be conducted to determine the winner
13. Merivale employees and immediate family are not eligible to enter the draw
14. Good Vibrations Festival is an over 18 event. Therefore all entrants to the Good Vibrations Festival Ovi competition must be over the age of 18
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The promoter reserves the right to publish photographs of the winner(s).
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of prize winning festival or in connection with any other prizes.
17. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
