I'm Picking UP Good Vibrations Prize
1. A once only $1,000 cash prize;
plus
2. Good Vibrations Festival Lifetime pass
o the lifetime pass is only valid for the life of the Good Vibrations Festival
o 2 general admission tickets will be sent to the winner each year of the festival (subject to confirmation of location of winner)
o tickets will only be allocated to the full name of the winner
o tickets will only be valid for one show of the Good Vibrations Festival in any year for the life of the Good Vibrations Festival
All Good Vibrations Festival entry conditions apply to the winner
I'm Picking UP Good Vibrations Concept / Promotion:
1. Pick up any recyclable container(s) at a Good Vibrations Festival 2010
2. Take to the Recycling center(s)
3. Put recyclable container(s) into the appropriate recycling bins located in the recycling center(s)
4. Event promotional staff will take a photo of each person as they recycle container(s)
5. To gain a valid entry to the promotion any person must be photographed by a 2010 Good Vibrations Recycling promotion staff member at the 'I'm Picking Up Good Vibrations' recycling Centers
6. The promotion will be open between:
a. 1pm & 10pm in Sydney, Centennial Park, Saturday 13th February 2010
7. The competition is only open to residents of NSW.
8. All photos collected at the events will be allocated a consecutive number in the order they were photographed
9. The range of numbers allocated to the photos will be entered into the website www.randomizer.org
10. The Randomizer website will produce a random number from the range of numbers entered
11. The selected random number and corresponding photo will be the winning photo
12. The draw will take place on:
a. 10 a.m., Wednesday 24th February, Jam Music, Level 1, 111 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
13. The winning photo will be sent out to the Good Vibrations ticket holders database
14. The person identified in the winning photo must contact Jam Music at info@jammusic.com.au
15. The person claiming the prize must provide valid photo identification that they are indeed the person in the photo
16. The winners name will be published in The Australian news paper on Friday 26th February 2010
17. Prize winners must adhere to the ticket purchase terms & conditions as displayed on gvf.com.au
18. Prizes do not include any travel, ground transfers or accommodation expenses incurred to attend the Good Vibrations Festival
19. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
20. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to contact Jam Music to claim their prize
21. Good Vibrations Festival Giveaway is being conducted and promoted by Jam Music
22. The prize winner will be given 7 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed after that time, a further prize draw will be conducted to determine the winner
23. Merivale employees and immediate family are not eligible to enter the draw
24. Good Vibrations Festival is an over 18 event. Therefore all entrants to the Good Vibrations Festival Giveaway must be over the age of 18
25. The Promoter (Jam Music) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of prize winning festival or in connection with any other prizes
26. The promotion is only open to people who attend a Good Vibrations Festival 2010 event
